@Kal_Lam Hi Kal. I urgently need you help.

  1. One the attached Form from row 109 highlighted in yellow whole section is repeating dropdown selections and dates for questions for the counties selected.
  2. Please see attached image for the duplication entry cycled for more information.

Please help with solution to resolve this.
