Apr 2022 - Form download fails when getting form on the android app. we use our own server. I have attached a picture of the error.
I am not seeing the attached picture. Maybe if it becomes visible it would become easier to support you.
Maybe it could be the issue of setting the server and user settings?

From the image, it seems the your google account is the one disabled.
You could first appeal for the restoration of your account. I have seen there are related resources on that.
