Form is not active


I have a problem when I want to send my finished forms in the app to my KoBo-account. It says: “Error: form is not active”. Does anybody know why it says that?

Welcome to the community! You generally see the Error: Form is not active error message when your survey forms have been archived and you try to send your collected data to the survey through the KoBoCollect mobile app. Try un-archiving your survey form and you should be able to submit the collected data without any error message.
