Hello - I am writing this question as I believe most of the answers relate to an older version of the KoboCollect app. We have a datacollection initiative in four countries and in one country the enumerators are getting this error message.
We have asked to ensure that the server settings are correct, the language settings are English and the date and time are correct. We have also redeployed the form. Is there anything else?
