In trying to preview the form deployed on the link:

MISCONF Redis is configured to save RDB snapshots but is currently not able to persist on disk. Commands that may modify the data set are disabled. Please check Redis logs for details about the error.

Please review the errors and revert.

Maybe you will need to validate your xlsform through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues in it.
