Form Preview Loading Error message

Dear Kobotoolbox Community,

May I seek your support as the form we just created for our organization’s assessment suddenly showed loading error message whose where it says: "Error occured during the loading if this form. We do not recommend use this form for data entry until this is resolved.
Please contact support@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error message below: https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v2/asset_snapshots/sK3SJb3SV2xto587doEN3z/formList?formID=sK3SJb3SV2xto587doEN3z failed.

Hope you can support us soonest as we are planned to use this in the coming days and this is the first time we have experienced this kind of problem.

Thank you. The issue was finally resolved. Apparently it was due to the new laptop unit i just recently used where the windows had to be activated. So when our IT specialist activated it, the form already worked.
