My participants are getting a server error (403) when submitting forms. anyone to help. Below is the message they get.
ā¢ Not allowed to post data to this data server.

We have a Humanitarian Organizations account and we do not have an onsite server
@jefrey_shumba, there was an error on the servers 3 hours ago but the servers were restored.
Do you still get the same error?

today my participant had the same problem when submitting the form. Not allowed to post data to this data server.
