Can you Please guide that how can i be informed that the enumerator has downloaded the new form version updated by me.

@caneeraj, the admin will now know whether an enumerator has updated the final redeployed survey version in his/her Collect android app. Maybe you could configure your Collect android app where the app should be able to automatically pull the redeployed survey version from the server when connected to the internet. For this, you could do the following:

  • Open Collect android app.
  • Go to General Settings.
  • Go to Form management.
  • Select Blank form update mode. Then select Exactly match server.
  • You could also configure the update frequency by clicking to Automatic update frequency as needed.

Note: This configuration should however drain your battery life through.

Tried tested and it worked in desired manner but the bug I could smell was

In case form is having media files and those replaced at later stage with updated data , choosing exactly match server does not replace the old files with the newly uploaded media files

Tested on many mobiles and user id all were having same issue
