I’ve builded a survey and the data is collected through Kobocollect into diferente devices.
Sometimes some of them are getting the error “Generic Exception: Error: (500)” .
It’s not an error that always occur.
What it could be?
Welcome to the community, @juliano1234ab! So do you mean you only see this error message randomly (sometimes you see it, and sometimes you don’t on the same device)?
yes! that’s it.
Maybe it could be a temporary glitch in the server that triggered this. But as far as you are able to submit your data to the server everything should be fine.
