Generic exception error 500 while submitting data

Seems like you’re using a custom server, can you contact your server’s admin?

yes it is a custom server and i have the server access myself. me and my friend, the admin, have looked for the solution everywhere but we haven’t been able to figure out what is causing it! any kind of help is much appreciated.

@sandeshsays, same case. It seems like a server issue for your self-hosted server, as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya.
