when i try to get blank userame and password is incorrect for server authentication issue
Welcome to the community, @sova2011! Check out the server your account is in. FYI, please be informed that KoboToolbox has two public servers: the Global Server, formally known as the HHI server, and the EU Server, formally known as the OCHA server. You may get issues if you have an account in one and try configuring the app with the wrong URL.
