Get Data from the previous field in the same form

Dear Community,

I am Sambo. Now I am working to build a new form to register household and household members. I don’t know other question is the same or I could not find the similar question like me.

My purpose is wanted to register household and their members. I don’t how to design; However I have draft as following:

In the beginning start with household name and some information of the household. After finish household information go to household member (repeat group as well).
However every children ask to select name of the parents or caregiver.

So if anyone ever use this flow please kindly give me an advise on this.

I have try to see the repeat group in the post

But it not similar to workflow.

My workflow in every child need to browse to select father, mother and caregiver who is already registered.
