After creating forms and granting access permissions, the users cannot access the forms via their Kobocollect accounts. They can only access the forms when I enable the option to allow access without using their usernames and passwords, which I do not want. Please help.
Welcome to the community, @smebsloop! Did you mean your team could not get the blank forms to the app? Correct me if I understood you incorrectly.
