I created the for using excel xslx everything is working perfectly only cascade is giving me head. if I preview the for using encato if will work smoothly and if I try to deploy the for to kobocollect then it will give an error. please I need your help ASAP my field officer will start going to the field on 12/11/2022 to collect data. thank you the following my cascade:

Thank you sir! this is the error"unable to deploy
your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors:

The name column for the ‘lga’ choice list contains these duplicates: ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’, ‘5’, ‘6’, ‘7’, ‘8’, ‘9’, ‘10’, ‘11’, ‘12’, ‘13’, ‘14’, ‘15’, ‘16’, ‘17’. Duplicate names will be impossible to identify in analysis unless a previous value in a cascading select differentiates them. If this is intentional, you can set the allow_choice_duplicates setting to ‘yes’. Learn more: XLSForm.org".

Hi @ncne2022,

See that you have list_name, name and label columns?

This error occures when you have duplicated names. See for name 1 you have, Akwanga, Agaie, Barkin Ladi etc.

For a quick solution, you can give individual and unique numbers to each name

@ncne2022, as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya, you will need to check for duplicate name from your choices sheet. I see that your list_name lga has duplicate values for 1, 2, 3, … These name should be unique for all the ones you define under lga. You should be able to learn more from our previous post:
