Google Sheets live integration not working

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a “live link” from a Kobootoolbox survey to pull data into Google Sheets, but when I enter the formula, I get an error: Resource at URL not found.

I’m sure that the URL is working because it downloads the file if entered in the browser.

Any idea how to make this work?

Thanks for the link, I followed the instructions, also I’ve implemented synchronous exports before and everything worked well. I’m sending some screenshots to check my settings, the exact same procedure works well for another survey with the same account.
