We install kobo on our own server and we have been creating an account but just recently we are have

while trying to create an account can someone help

Hi,
This seems to be an issue with your server. You need to ensure that you have followed all the steps required. Sometimes just repeating the process always sorts outs the entire issue.

What steps do you mean? Is it the kobo-install steps?

You have to provide smtp server, port, an email account and its password during the installation to create a new user.
