GPS issues

Hi everyone!

I’m Robinson, my enuverotors have problems recording gps coordinates. The picture below is what happens every time they want to record the gps coordinates. Thank you if anyone can help me solve this problem. By the way, in my form the gps validation critera is: selected-at(.,3) < 15

Normally this is an issue of the device, the user handling or the environment. See, please: for GPS tuning: Improving Location Performance - ODK Docs.

Make sure, please, that all enumertors work with the latest ODK version.

Hi @shamsur49, Welcome to the community! Have you tried downloading ActiveGPS from the Play Store and switching it on before collecting your data KoBoCollect android app. It should solve your issue. But please switch if off once you have collected your data as it should drain your battery if you keep them on while not required. Have a great day!
