In the tab choices in excel i have answers to a multiple choice question. I would like to group the answers and add title to each group. How could i do it

Welcome to the community, @ania! I don’t think this is possible. But please feel free to share a screenshot of the same so that the community should be able to visualize your issue pictorially and see if there are any workarounds for you.
Thank you for your answer. It helped as we focused on searching alternative solution. So instead of having a title for a group of responses we integrated the title in the response. e.g. Beliefs: Seeking medical attention is not my priority.
