We are implementing the use of DIBELS reading assessments in our five countries where we support local partners and students. Has Kobotoolbox been explored as a place where these tests could be housed and used? The opportunity to use Kobo/DIBELS without internet for use in remote locations, data storage, reading progress measurement and reporting is attractive. The process for loading the DIBELS assessments onto Kobo is daunting.
