I have same issued in afternoon time in my location till now, as Kal mention could be due to the server load and a lots using from community. wondering it may be take sometime…

@sophearom, I have split your issue to a new post as your is an issue from the humanitarian server while the other one was an issue from the researcher server. Will have a closer look and get back to you soon.
