Dear all,
I was also experiencing the same problem. The form doesn’t loaded on android also I have configured the app correctly. During my previous data collection project the system have worked as required. So what will be the problem of not downloading form on android? Please help me as soon as possible.

@milkessa_430, could you kindly share with the community a screenshot of the Settings>Server from your Collect Android app? Maybe the community should be able to see if you have configured your app properly.

My android app couldn’t loaded the form, although i have configured correctly.

@milkessa_430, everything is fine except the URL. Just try the following URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org instead of https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/milkessa_430. This should solve your issue.
