I got it when I try to edit one of the submissions

Yes, so this is why the issue is happening. Maybe you will need to delete the duplicate submission from your server (to resolve this issue).
BTW, could you also kindly let us know how did you get the duplicate of the submission?
when I deleted the duplicate submission, its work successfully,
and I don’t know how I got the duplicate of the submission ,
