Help Needed: Setting Up Dynamic Repeat questions Based on Numeric Input

Hello Kobo community,

I am encountering an issue with setting up a dynamic question in my form like (Name of Health Facility (s) in CMW Catchment Area). I want to allow respondents to specify the number of health facilities they wish to add (e.g., by choosing a number from 1 to 9), and based on this input, the corresponding number of text fields should appear for them to enter the names of these facilities.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Has anyone else faced a similar challenge, and if so, how did you overcome it?
