Help With Images

Hi All,

I am trying to add the attached images to the attached form. I have followed all instructions, and for some reason the images still appear broken when I redeploy the form.

Can anyone let me know what I am missing? I’ve attached the XLS Form, the images I am trying to get to work, and the screen shot showing the images uploaded. Also, I’ll confirm straight away that I’ve already (within the XLS Form) added the image names in the Media column. I’ve never had this issue before so just trying to see what I’m doing wrong. Thanks in advance!

Hi @nmuser, it looks like this might be related to the following Enketo issue:

Can you try replacing the space in your image name with an underscore or anything else and see if that solves the problem?
