Hiding choices that are not relevant (from a select_one or a select_multiple question)

We have anothers case. Can we hide the not selected answer?
For example; i am 30 y.o, so in the age group show only 25-35 y.o and hide another age group.

(Can we do autocode in single answer from integer? For Example; I am 30 y.o, next i should be automatic in range 25-35 age group.)
