Highlighting question with colour in survey tool

Hi,

We have designed a questionnaire which has some questions to be filled by the surveyor based on observations and rest for the respondent. Is there a way where we can highlight questions which the surveyor has to fill with color for the benefit of the surveyor?

@Tush, highlighting a question is not yet possible in the system. But you should be able to use the markdown to make the questions bold, italic or change the font colour as outlined in here.
