How can I access postgres db in my own server installation

Hi everybody, I don’t understand how can I connect to postgres db (and also mongo by the way). I found all of the parameters for connection in /kobo-docker/env/envfiles/databases.txt but I cannot access it.

What is the step in order to access it?
