How can I create cascading fields with integer type of first field?

Hi everyone!
I created the first question: “How are you old?”. The next question must have the type Select many and different options for different ages.
I can not use the type select one in the first question because I need an exact age. Is there a way to create cascade fields with calculation or an integer in the first field?
