How can I recover disappeared data in KoboCollect if these data were not sent to the server?

@jules_hakizimana_00, could you check if your app is configured to Auto send - on? If this feature is checked to on, the data will be automatically submitted to the server when your device is connected to the internet. You can check this out at SETTINGS>Form management>Auto send.
