Hi, how can I see that. I now have 2 active projects where they are taking a while to sync cases from kobocollect.

@andyc96, could you please provide more details on this? Maybe a screenshot should also be helpful to understand your issue pictorially.

Of course yes, this is a project where 1,000 cases (responses, completed questionnaires) were sent. They have all already been sent from kobocollect, but they do not arrive here, 33 questionnaires are missing.
