How can I set the mandatory response "Yes" based on another questionnaire?

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to set the mandatory response based on another questionnaire?
For Example, I have 2 fields.

1. Age:
2. Date of Birth (DOB):
   DOB field will be mandatory when the age will be under 5 Years.
