How can I show the elapsed time and how can I round up those 2: 15 to 3 hours

Hola tengo una duda si yo tengo una hora inicial, ejemplo 11:00 y una hora final 14:15 el tiempo transcurrido es de 2:15 (2 hora con 15 minutos) como puedo mostrar el tiempo transcurrido y como puedo redondear esas 2:15 a 3 horas
