How can I upload forms stuck in kobotoolbox link queue

I need your help. Some forms have been stuck in the Kobotoolbox link queue. I’m trying to upload them manually but refused even if the device is connected to the internet.

Yes, I did and I got message saying that the form have been successful submitted but I don’t see submitted form on Data report .
