Welcome to the community, @SabaMohammed! Maybe you will need to check your server to see if the submissions have already reached your server? Sometimes users keep the configuration that will automatically submit the records to the server when the device is connected to the WIFI. Maybe this has happened in your case too?

@SabaMohammed, could you share with the community the server settings from your Collect android app? Maybe that should also give the community a clue of your server configuration.
