Of the above, tick the ones which you have access to crop inputs?
Of the above, which ones do you have access to post-harvest infrastructure?

Welcome to the community, @Sam_mat05! Maybe you could have the following structure to address your query:

Q1. Tick the ones which you have access to crop inputs?
Q2. Which ones do you have access to post-harvest infrastructure?
Q3. Tick the ones which you have access to markets?
Q4. Tick the ones you have contracts?
Q5. Tick the ones which you have access to Agronomy support?
Q6. Tick the ones which you have access to transport services?
Q7. Tick the ones which are profitable?
Q8. Tick the ones which you would like to increase area under production?

All these questions could be a select_multiple question type with the following choices:

  1. Maize
  2. Irrigated maize
  3. Wheat
  4. Groundnuts
  5. Sunflower
  6. Millet
  7. Sorghum
  8. Cabbage
  9. Rape/Covo
  10. Butternut
  11. Watermelons
  12. Tomatoes
  13. Sugar beans
  14. Mange tout peas
  15. Sugar snap peas
  16. Fine beans
  17. Other (State)

You could have its choice name as crop.production.

So your question would be select_multiple crop.production.

You should be able to learn more about the select_multiple question type through our support article “Select One” and “Select Many” question types. In addition, you could also go through our community discussion on select_multiple here.

I leave this post open for our active/knowledgeable community to chime in with some other workaround (that could be more practical and simple).

Wow thank you so much for the help

Best regards
