How do I create a visual analog scale?

Hi! How would I create a Visual Analog Scale (sliding scale) from 0 to 100% for respondents to select a value from?

Although not strictly analogue, with a small decimal increment (eg 0.1) you could use a range question in Collect to implement the equivalent of a slider - see range widgets for details and supported appearances.

Range widgets allow the user to select numbers from within a range that is visually represented as a number line. The parameters of the range widget are defined by start, end, and step values

Please note, Enketo does not display a range control in this manner, rather it uses a regular number control with up/down arrows.
