How do i design a survey form with the pulldata function?

Hello, I have a survey with farmer names with “select one” command. I want when I select a farmer automatically fill next cell with dni, farmer code, farm name etc. in sheet “xtra-data” contain the aditional information. thanks for you help and sorry for my bad english
