How do i download documents (pdf etc.) that were uploaded in the KoBoToolbox server during data collection?

Dear Kal_Lam,
How can we download the upload files from respondents (pdf, doc…)?. Because they are also the important document of the survey, Thanks in advance,

Try downloading your pdf documents that you have uploaded in the KoBoToolbox server as Media Attachments as outlined int he support article linked above:
