How do I enable narrowing down the choices based on the alphabets entered

Hello community, while we’re still on the topic of select_one question types, how do I enable narrowing down the choices based on the alphabets entered. Instead of scrolling through the choices, I could just type the first letters and the choices that match those letters appear?
