How do i rename the filled up form while collecting data in KoBoToolbox?

Buen día,
Cuando llenas el formulario por el kobocollect, se guarda, pero yo quiero terminar un formulario y se guarde por nombres diferentes.
ejemplo.
Formulario de usuario 1 : Nombre Danny
formulario de usuario 2 : Nombre José

que cada nombre de un formulario se unico, para buscarlo más rapido en el kobocollect.

Welcome to the community! There are two ways to use the instance_name in KoBoToolbox. You could use them as follows:

If you wish to use them during the design of your survey form, you could do them as outlined in the post (using them approach the enumerators will not have access to change the instance_name during data collection) :

Hi @tanzilhuda, There are two ways to define an instance_name in KoBoToolbox. The first way is as mentioned in the xlsform.org (shown in the image below): [image] The second way can be done by simply changing the name of the saved form (while collecting data through KoBoCollect android app) to a desired name under Name this form (at the end of the survey, as shown in the image below): [image] GOOD DAY!
