In this case you will need to configure the KoBoCollect android app (General Settings>Server>URL) as shown below:
If you are using an OCHA server (your configuration should be as follows):
URL
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info
Username:
xxxxxxxxxx
Password:
xxxxxxxxxx
If you are using HHI server (your configuration should be as follows):
URL
https://kc.kobotoolbox.org
Username:
xxxxxxxxxx
Password:
xxxxxxxxxx

If you want to access the forms through your account you should use your user account and password to access the survey form. If you wish to access it from the user’s end (i.e. from the person who you have shared your survey project) you should use the person’s user account and password.

If I will share my ID and Password then what about my privacy. All user can access to my account.
Is there any option where I can make a dumy ID nad password and that will share to data collectors.

There is another option where you do not need to share your user credentials. All you need to do is configure the URL as follows:
If you have a user account in OCHA server:
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/user_name
If you have a user account in HHI server:
https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/user_name
Note: user_name is your KoBoToolbox user name. With this you need not fill up anything under Username and Password. You can leave them empty as shown in the below:
Username:
Password:

This is because you have checked the “Require authentication to see forms and submit data” that is present under your ACCOUNT SETTINGS (from where you log-out). Un-check the same and you should not see this login message.

I have the same issue. I have also unticked"require authentification" in the account settings (actually it was never ticked)
