How do i use cascading select within ranking question in KoBoToolbox?

Dear Sir,
Below I am giving some examples, which I want to put in Kobo form.

What Type of Job you want (Select Many)
Options are - 1. Govt
2. Private
3. Business
4. Farming
5. Small Scale Industries
What is your 1st preference (Condition - Which has been selected from 1st questions)
What is your 2nd preference (Condition - Which has been selected from 1st questions)
What is your 3rd preference (Condition - Which has been selected from 1st questions)

Query 2 - While adding Ranking Question, I want only some of them mandatory. Is it possible?

Please guide me.

additional hint:

Based on @Kal_Lam, here another version, with a step-wise reduced list.
Ranking Questions Questions02.xls (31.5 KB)

You might even only ask ranking for those items which are not automatically fixed, For ex. if only 1 selected = first ranking. If 2 selected, after ranking first, the second is fixed.
But this may need more work for analysis (or to calculate additional form variables).

You should be able to design as wished. As outlined in the post above, i have combined both the cascading select questions with the ranking question.
