How do we build a survey form which does not allow the enumerators to end the survey before 5 minutes?

Hi everyone…
I have two time variables (hours and minutes) start time and end time. (we do data entry from paper form before).
The question is whether I can make a limitation in the form of notifications whose contents end time may not be less than 5 minutes from the start time of the interview.Duration of time.xls (45.5 KB)

There is one questions hope you can help me . if I want to make a calculation with the results years ; rest of week; and the rest of the day. For example the difference from the interview date and date of birth.
