It seems like you are using https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info. Try replacing it with https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info and that should work. For more details, please feel free to go through our support article to configure the app correctly:

I solved the problem and at the moment my ODK and server connected and worked .
the data collector able to collect the data.
