Hello everybody,
we want to use Kobo for our daily project work and monitoring system, however we will need a lot of different surveys (=projects) operating at the same time and by different partners. Is there a maximum of projects that can be created and how long do i have access to the collected data of these projects after the survey has been submitted?

Welcome to the community, @chopster! There is no definite number of projects that can be deployed to an account. You can have multiple projects deployed at the same time. However, you will need to be careful with the total number of submissions and storage that is being used by your account. You will be provided a total of 5k submissions and 1 GB of storage for free. If you exceed this threshold, then you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan by following this site here.
