There are no limits to the number of users, forms, or data submissions in KoBoToolbox if you’re running the software on your end. There are also no limits for humanitarian users who use the instance hosted by OCHA (kobo.humanitarianresponse.info). For our own instance at kf.kobotoolbox.org we have a very high limit of 10,000 submissions as well as 5GB file uploads per user per month. If anyone is planning to temporarily go beyond this level they should just contact us to discuss an exception. (This limit is only in place so that some extremely large project wouldn’t slow down the server for other users.)
