How to add an image in a question in XForm

I wish to add a logo image to my form, I have a file gaslogo.jpg and on the form I have uploaded it via settings into Media, I have been trying to add kf_images_gaslogo_jpg to my question, but it is not working. So is there a specific question I should be using and where and what format in the question should I be putting the file name so that the image is displayed. please note I do not wish to use the XLS way of doing things. Thank you in advance.
