Welcome back to the community, @allmylife017! Could you also provide a screenshot of what you are trying to refer to in the Settings options you are trying to refer to? This should help the community to understand your issue pictorially and troubleshoot it.
@allmylife017, SETTINGS cannot be blocked or controlled as you say. But maybe you could share your projects with your team, restricting access as outlined in the support articles:
