Dear Palash,
You can create calculate questions with basic sum formulas for all answers needed as shown in your table. Something like ${q11}+${q12}+${q13}+${q14}+${q15} … You can show each result using separate note questions.
The original questions should be obligatory (have a response), as questions without a response make the + operator fail (produce the code NaN not a number). You could solve that by making first if( , ,) calculations of each answer where the number zero is assigned if there is no answer.
