Configure your KoBoCollect android app’s General Settings>Server>URL as follows:

URL
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info

Username:
xxxxxxxxxx

Password:
xxxxxxxxxx

mais ça marche pas toujours.
ça me dit que le Username et/ou le mot passe est incorrect
c’est toujours la même chose

Hi @etchin,

Please ensure the username and the password by trying to login to the KoBoToolbox user account. If you are not able to login to the KoBoToolbox user account then i assume the username or the password should be a problem. Try to login to the OCHA server through this login link.
